The holiday season is now at full power.
Congratulations to everyone for, hopefully, coming to the end of another wonderful year in the corrugated industry. This time of year I often write about what I am personally grateful for. As a small business owner for the last 27 years, that list is long and distinguished. So, please indulge me as I travel down that path.

First, I am grateful for my teammates here at Oberg and Associates, LLC. We have a professional family here that performs at a high level, maintains a great corporate culture of teamwork and kindness, and that is leaning into the challenges and opportunities that the corrugated industry provides. Through our collective efforts, we can and will build upon the successes of 2022 and strive for bigger and better goals for 2023.
Secondly, I am grateful for all of the opportunities that were afforded to us by the members of the AICC. This organization epitomizes our perfect client avatar. These companies are aggressive, decisive, and results-oriented. As a group, they welcome vendors that will partner with them to achieve great outcomes. To dig a little deeper, Mike D’Angelo (AICC President) has provided leadership and guidance that has provided enormous benefits to all members, including Oberg and Associates, LLC.
Thank you, Mike.
Next, allow me to extend my gratitude to the many professional and personal friendships the corrugated industry has provided me and my team over the years. While I have often been tempted to identify these key industry members, it must suffice to say thank you to the industry at large. Spending time with you on the phone, and at TAPPI/AICC events remains great fun. You are a group of people that we cherish, and we remain humbled by your friendship and support.
Lastly, I am grateful for my family’s support, my physical health, and the sense of purpose Oberg and Associates, LLC instills in my life. As I am now in my 60s, and my professional role evolves, I am as eager as ever to see what the next year will bring.
Stay strong!
